2019 Tender Hope Reserve Pinot Noir VQA ribeye steak a spectacular mouth-watering acidity leadsWinery Notes: The grapes for our Reserve VQA Pinot Noir were hand selected from the Thacker Drive Vineyard in West Kelowna in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were fermented in open stainless steel tank to round up the wine and maintain the purity of the Pinot Noir taste. The wine was aged in selected French oak barrels for 10 months to gain complexity and soften the tannins. An uplifting complex wine, with notes of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.
