Personally, whenever a new set comes out I like to read and/or watch two to three different Top 10 lists, if not a breakdown of the entire set, to get a good feel of what I might see in locals and on the more competitive stage when heading to League Cups and Regional tournaments
Youll notice some of the cards on this list are known as holographic cards because their images are shinier
In any case, there are plenty of decks in all formats that wouldn't mind either of those "downsides"
