The thing that I feel is missing from this card is haste and maybe it's for the better that it doesn't have it

Shes a popular commander since you can just dump all your favorite cards into her while making use of her ability

The main catch is the mana base: five colors punishes shaky fixing, so having the best dual lands (or at least strong substitutes like shocks/triomes) makes the deck feel much smoother
