I've considered getting into card altering, I've done 3D alters but I'd like to get some better knives before delving further into that

At the time, this card was going anywhere from $100 to over $1500 on eBay, but thanks to a new re-print and distribution of the promo card via Pokmon Center online orders, things settled down
