Endless Atlas gives you constant card draw so long as you have three lands with the same name, War Room lets you pay one life to draw a card, and Minas Tirith draws a card so long as you attacked with at least two creatures
The quaint artwork and no-nonsense symmetrical pillow fort effect make this one of my favorite cards in early Magic, but it definitely commands a higher price than a lot of other cards while offering a fairly specific effect that likely isnt going to make or break your deck
(Deceive EOT make a 1/1, firebrand face, dreadful unblocked creature, 16 damage.) If you aren't in the mindset of constantly evaluating whether you can end the game with the cards you have, you are missing opportunities and not going to succeed to the fullest
So far Stock Up hasnt seen a huge amount of play elsewhere in MTG, but there are signs that it may be good in Standard
Command and sacrifice hordes of Orcs and Goblins as you amass Sauron's army
