Just looking at the numbers, the biggest I problem I see with the deck is the low mana count

Theres no shortage of good choices for a commander here, but Jinnie Fay, Jetmirs Second is notable for letting you tune your tokens to the current game state

If that someone is your opponent, then cards with Spectacle will receive mana if you dealt damage to the enemy Planeswalker

If you are a fan of the Modern version we played a while ago and like sacrifice decks and comboing off, then Mono-Black Persist is likely the perfect budget Historic deck for you

So yeah, this card will not be making a splash in the meta any time soon
